Sarah Rodrigo
As Public Art Project Manager, Sarah Rodrigo (pronouns: she/her/hers) is responsible for the administration of temporary and permanent public art projects, especially those that associated with public buildings as part of the City of Boston’s Percent for Art program. This includes project development, planning, coordination, administration, and implementation.
Sarah grew up in upstate New York and graduated from SUNY Purchase with a degree in Social Science and the Visual Arts. Prior to coming to the City of Boston in November 2018, she was a project manager for Helmick Sculpture, a sculpture studio specializing in public art. While there, she managed more than 30 large-scale permanent public art projects from proposal through installation in a wide variety of media and sites, both domestic and international. A resident of North Brighton, Sarah enjoys gardening, camping, the Red Sox, and mystery novels.
