    18.1212 SB 258 West Newton Street: Replace all existing windows with 1/1 wood windows; lower sills on four bay windows at garden level 8”; infill four windows and remove lintels on northwest (side) elevation; construct rooftop deck (see Administrative Review items below).

    18.1240 SB 145 St. Botolph Street: Replace sections of slate roof at east side to match existing; replace copper gutter at front elevation to match existing; replace snow rails to match existing in brass.    

    18.1212 SB 258 West Newton Street: Repair and repoint brick masonry facades as needed to match existing; repair window sills and lintels; repair cornice; repair sections of front door and stoop door; repair concrete curbing at front yard; replace existing gutters and downspouts with copper; repair fire balconies. (see Design Review items above).
