  1. Amended and Restated Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 103, Parcel 9-Haymarket Hotel

    The Zoning Commission of the City of Boston (“Zoning Commission”) hereby gives notice, in accordance with Chapter 665 of the Acts of 1956, as amended, that a public hearing will be held on May 9, 2018, at 9:00 AM, in Room 900, Boston City Hall, in connection with a petition for approval of the Amended and Restated  Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 103, Parcel 9-Haymarket Hotel, (“Amended Plan”) filed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency.

    Said Amended Plan would maintain the main use as a 225-key hotel with approximately 9,600 square feet of complimentary retail and restaurant uses, and would allow a modest increase in the maximum height of the building from 65 feet to a maximum of 69 feet, 6 inches tall.

    A copy of the Amended Plan may be viewed at the office of the Zoning Commission, Room 952, Boston City Hall, between 9 AM and 5 PM any day except Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
