    The Zoning Commission of the City of Boston hereby gives notice, in accordance with Chapter 665 of the Acts of 1956, as amended, that a public hearing will be held on December 20, 2017, at 9:00 AM, in Room 900, Boston City Hall, in connection with a petition for approval of Second Amendment to the  Second Amended and Restated Development Plan for 49, 51 and 63 Melcher Street within Planned Development Area No. 69, South Boston/The 100 Acres (“the Second Amendment”), filed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency.

    Said Second Amendment would allow for the change of approximately 2,695 square feet of existing gross floor area in the basement of the existing building at 63 Melcher Street to office and/or cultural and/or community use which space is currently zoned for residential/community uses.

    A copy of the petition and the Second Amendment may be viewed at the office of the Zoning Commission, Room 952, Boston City Hall, between 9 AM and 5 PM any day except Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.

    The Zoning Commission of the City of Boston hereby gives notice, in accordance with Chapter 665 of the Acts of 1956, as amended, that a public hearing will be held on December 20, 2017, at 9:15 AM, in Room 900, Boston City Hall, in connection with Map Amendment Application No. 705 and a petition for approval of the Amended and Restated Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 2, The Back Bay/South End Gateway Project and 200 Clarendon Street (“the Amended and Restated Development Plan”), filed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency.

    Said map amendment would amend Map 1S, Stuart Street District, by amending and expanding the existing area of Planned Development Area No. 2.  Said Amended and Restated Development Plan would allow for the development of a new office building, two new residential buildings and a one level expansion of Back Bay Station.

    The Zoning Commission of the City of Boston hereby gives notice, in accordance with Chapter 665 of the Acts of 1956, as amended, that a public hearing will be held on December 20, 2017, at 9:30 AM, in Room 900, Boston City Hall, in connection with Text Amendment Application No. 475 and Map Amendment Application No. 704, filed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency.

    Said applications would amend Article 50 and Map 6A/6B/6C, Roxbury Neighborhood District, to establish a new area where Planned Development Areas (PDAs”) are allowed, to be named Rio Grande, located within the Roxbury Neighborhood District as well as establishing a maximum allowed Floor Area Ratio of 9 and an allowed maximum Building height of 300 feet for a proposed PDA on this site.
