  1. PUBLIC HEARING - OPEN TO PUBLIC TESTIMONY

    1.  5:30 p.m.: Request authorization to issue an Adequacy Determination approving the Third Amendment to the Institutional Master Plan for Harvard’s Allston Campus for the Science and Engineering Complex Project to modify the gross floor area calculation; and, to take all related actions.

    2. 5:40 p.m.: Request authorization to approve the Second Amended and Restated Development Plan within Planned Development Area No. 69, South Boston/The 100 Acres – 49, 51 and 63 Melcher Street, Fort Point Channel District of South Boston to acknowledge that 2,695 square feet of basement space at 63 Melcher Street will be altered and the commercial project will become a condominium; and, to take all related actions.

    3. 5:50 p.m: Request authorization to issue a Determination waiving further review pursuant to Article 80A-6 of the Zoning Code in connection with the Notice of Project Change for the Landmark Center project in Fenway to eliminate the residential component, reconfigure the existing parking garage, reduce the retail and grocery component and expand the office component; to approve said project as a Development Impact Project; to adopt the Ninth Report and Decision Amendment to the Landmark Center 121A Project; approval of other related matters; and, to take all related actions.
