    Seven precinct elections will be held Nov. 18 at the Hayes Square police station from 10 am to 2 pm.

    Nomination papers are available at www.charlestownneighborhoodcouncil.org. Candidates must be residents in their Charlestown precinct and be at least 18 years of age. Send completed papers to Charlestown Neighborhood Council, PO Box 397, Charlestown, MA 02129, postmarked by Oct. 27.
