BERDO Review Board Public Meeting

The BERDO Review Board will hold a public meeting on June 26, at 4:30 p.m.

NOTE: This meeting will only be held virtually and NOT in person. You can participate in the meeting by going to our Zoom meeting link or calling 929-205-6099 and enter meeting ID 846 1973 7235 #. You can also submit written comments or questions to brb@boston.gov. Written comments should be submitted by Monday, June 26, 2023, at 3 p.m.

The public can offer testimony.

  1. Update and Discussion on Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO) Phase 3 Regulations.
  2. Update and Discussion on BERDO Reporting and Disclosure.
  3. Approval of Meeting Minutes.

    Translation and sign language interpreters are available upon prior request. The Board may hold a public meeting immediately following the last meeting or as appropriate following any meeting. Copies of materials may be requested via email from brb@boston.gov or viewed by appointment only at the Environment Department, Boston City Hall, Room 709, from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
