    2. Request authorization to extend the Lease Agreement with Magellan Distribution Corporation, for the continued use of Suite #803 located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.   

    3. Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with Massachusetts Fallen Heroes, Inc., for Suite #603 and #703 at 12 Channel Street; and to extend the License Agreement for Cages B11, B12 and B13 in the basement of 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

    4. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Mass. Bay Brewing Company, Inc. to allow Harpoon to reopen the outdoor hospitality space on Parcel S-3 and S-2, throughout 2023 and to allow Harpoon to host the “Mr. Swindles Travelling Peculiarium and Drink-Ory Garden” during fall of 2023; and to host HUB Sports Boston Adult Sports League.  

    5. Request authorization to execute a contract with Casablanca Services, Inc. for Seasonal Landscaping Services in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in the amount not to exceed $100,000.00.  

    6. Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals to hire a licensed design consultant to provide design services to produce a building systems assessment report for the 12 Channel Building within the Raymond Flynn Marine Park. 

    7. Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for awareness-raising initiatives for life science careers.  

    8. Request authorization to enter into a contract with W.B. Mason Co., Inc. for furniture installation services for the third floor of 30 Dimock Street in Roxbury, in the amount not to exceed $51,148.44. 

    9. Request authorization to amend a contract with In Order Business Development Solutions Inc. for Supplier Diversity Technical Assistance Programming Services, in an amount to not exceed $125,000.00 and to extend the contract term for six months.
