    2.    Request authorization to award Final Designation status to Thompson Island Outward Bound Educational Center, Inc. Thompson Island Outward Bound Educational Center, Inc., for the redevelopment and non-exclusive use of the Berth #10 dock and adjacent water sheet located within the Raymond L Flynn Marine Park; and to enter into a ten-year Lease Agreement for use of said property.

    3.    Request authorization to terminate the existing Lease with Gentex Corporation to allow BPDA to recapture Suite #901 located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

    4.    Request authorization to extend the Lease Agreement with the Marine Engineers’ Beneficial Association for the use of approximately 3,210 square feet, on the sixth floor of 12 Channel Street, Suite #606 located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

    5.    Request authorization to award a contract to Clough, Harbour & Associates, LLP, to provide design drawings and construction documents for the security systems for 12 Channel Street Building and the 12 Drydock Avenue Parking Garage within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $124,000.00. 

    6.    Request authorization to execute an engineering services contract with Childs Engineering Corporation for the Waterfront Infrastructure Survey and Assessment at EDIC-owned properties, in an amount not exceed $68,700.00.

    7.    Request authorization to amend the authorization required for the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston check signing and disbursement procedures.
