    2. Request authorization to amend the License Agreement with Boston Print Specialists, LLC d/b/a AlphaGraphics Boston, for the continued use of Cage B2, in the basement of 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.  

    3. Request authorization to enter into a Lease Agreement with Blue Institute Labs, PBC, for the use of Suite #505, which is approximately 1,200 square feet, on the fifth floor of 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Park. 

    4. Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for a licensed engineering consultant for the Waterfront Infrastructure Survey and Assessment at BRA-owned and EDIC-owned properties.  

    5. Request authorization to execute a one-year contract with Casablanca Services, Inc., with two one-year options to renew, for snow plowing, shoveling, removal, and salting/sanding services within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $225,000.00.  

    6. Request authorization to execute and deliver a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Boston, acting by and through its Department of Public Works, authorizing the use of and payment for fuel and services provided by the Fleet Maintenance Unit.

    8. Request authorization to enter into a contract with Slalom for advisory services on a Salesforce platform, in the amount not to exceed $82,559.44.  

    9. Request authorization to enter into a contract with Ker-Twang, as the vendor or related entity, to provide services to improve OFE’s virtual orientation and digital access services to better serve its clients, in an amount to exceed $75,000 supported by American Rescue Plan funds.   

    10. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Fairmont Innovation Lab d/b/a Artmorpheus Inc. for use of property located at 572 Columbia Road in Dorchester for the Green Jobs Program.
