    Vote to dedicate a walkway at Hunt Playground in Mattapan for Edgar “Eddie” Matthews.

    Acquisition

    Vote to accept for park purposes The Nonquit Street Green which is located at Nonquit Street and Dudley Avenue in Dorchester and is that certain parcel of land with the improvements located thereon being Lot B on a plan entitled “Subdivision Plan of Land in Boston, Massachusetts, Dorchester District—Suffolk County” dated January 29, 2018 by The DGT Survey Group recorded with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 2019, Page 665.

    The land is conveyed together with an easement appurtenant thereto through all of Lot A as shown on said Plan (a) for access to and egress from Lot B for all purposes whatsoever including, without limitation, maintenance and repair of said Lot B, and (b) the right to store, repair and otherwise maintain landscaping materials for use on Lot B.

    The land conveyed by the deed is hereby subjected to Article 97 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

    Design Review
