At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on July 14, 2022.

Public Hearing

On a petition by Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corp. (d/b/a 25 Amory Apartments LLC) for the Widening & Relocation of the existing right-of-way lines of Amory Street (public way), Roxbury, located on its westerly side generally south of Centre Street.

(NB 7/14/2022) As shown on a plan entitled “City of Boston Public Works Department, Engineering Division, Widening and Relocation Plan, Amory Street, Parcel #1101198010 - 25  Amory Street, Roxbury,” 1 sheet dated April 11, 2022.

On a petition by the City of Boston Public Works Department for the making of Specific Repairs within the following public ways in Roxbury, consisting of curb realignment, sidewalk and roadway reconstruction, as well as new and relocated pedestrian ramps, specialty pavement, street trees, street lighting infrastructure, stormwater drainage infrastructure, bollards, and pedestrian railings:

Amory Street – generally between Centre Street and Brewery Lane/Amory Street Connector;

Centre Street – at Amory Street;

Beech Street – on its northeasterly side generally between West Roxbury Parkway and Belgrade Avenue/Kenneth Street.
