    1.    Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the February 10, 2022 Meeting.

  2. DEVELOPMENT

    2.    Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of Eastern Salt Company, Inc.; and to continue lease negotiations to facilitate the long-term lease and redevelopment of the proposed project located at Parcel M within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

  3. ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

    3.     Request authorization to set aside space for a possible future lease with the Boston Public Health Commission to construct a new Emergency Medical Services ambulance station in the vicinity of Pier #10 Park within the Raymond L Flynn Marine Park. 

    4.     Request authorization to enter into an engineering services contract with Collins Engineers, Incorporated for Bulkhead Rehabilitation at the South Jetty within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $307,120.00.  

    5.    Request authorization to enter into a contract with In Order Business Development Solutions Inc. for Supplier Diversity Technical Assistance Programming Services, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.

    6.    Request authorization to enter into a license agreement with Deacon Transportation, Inc. d/b/a Old Town Trolley Tours of Boston to operate a Trolley Stop Program during the cruise ship season to use BPDA-owned property, located within close proximity to the Flynn Cruise port within the Raymond L Flynn Marine Park. 

    7.    Request authorization to enter into contracts with: Greystone & Co., Inc. d/b/a Greystone Management Solutions; Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; and HR&A Advisors, Inc. for Real Estate Strategy Consultant Services in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 per contract per year, each such awarded contract not to exceed one year, with the EDIC holding two one year options that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the EDIC.  

    8.    Request authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for snow plowing/shoveling, removal, and salting/sanding services within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
