Municipal Election - Post Election Tabulation

The Election Department will hold a Post Election Tabulation on November 13, beginning at 9 a.m.

This process will be open for public observation. Those who plan to observe the post-election tabulation may register by calling 617-635-4634 or by emailing glynis.lin@boston.gov.

Due to COVID-19, the number of observers permitted at a given time may be limited.

  1. November 2, 2021: Municipal Election - Post Election Tabulation

    Please take notice that the City of Boston will be counting provisional voting ballots deemed as valid, hand counted ballots recorded at the precinct on election day and any military and overseas ballots postmarked on Election Day, Tuesday, November 2, 2021, and received by 5 p.m. on Friday, November 12, 2021. Counting will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, November 13, and will continue until completed.
