    2.    Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Coastal Marine Construction, LLC for use of a portion of Dry Dock 4/Pier 5 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for construction laydown and berthing. 



    3.    Request authorization to amend the Ground Lease with MCP III Foundry, LLC to increase the size of the Leased Premises from 93,500 square feet to 115,023 square feet by incorporating portions of the abutting Au Bon Pain Way and Anchor Way into the “Parcels O & P” development site within the Raymond L Flynn Marine Park.

    4.    Request authorization to amend the Lease with the Massachusetts Port Authority for the 30 acre parcel of land known as the Massport Marine Terminal within the Raymond L Flynn Marine Park, to enter into a new term of lease, to amend the rent payment schedule; to include the real estate tax payments from Massport to the City; and to enroll Massport in the “RLFMP Climate Resiliency” program. 

    5.    Request authorization to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Boston, acting by and through its Department of Public Works, authorizing the use of and payment for fuel and services provided by the Fleet Maintenance Unit.

    6.    Request authorization to apply to the U.S. Department of Commerce to de-federalize certain Economic Development Agency grants that were awarded to the EDIC and administered by the Boston Local Development Corporation; and to enter into all necessary agreements or documents that may be required to de-federalize, or release the federal interest in such grant awards. 

    7.    Request authorization to amend the contract with Carahsoft Technology Corp. to purchase Box.com cloud software for a three-year term, in the amount of $250,932.32.
