138 137-141 CHISWICK ROAD : Power wash first fl. concrete band. 1st floor window sills & tone around 2 entries in buildings with Stone Restoration Cleaner. Cut, install bake rod & caulk 100% of concrete joints. Cut & point vertical expansion joint. Repair window sills where needed. Reattach existing window trim on 64 windows where needed and cover the trim with aluminum clad. Power wash 137 Chiswick Road front stair, remove all loose material & caulk all joints. Power wash 141 Chiswick Road front stair, caulk all joints, and apply two coats of waterproofing material. (See Additional Items Under Design Review).

APP # 22.0046 AB  1982 COMMONWEALTH AVENUE: Reset two displaced arch stones above 2 building entrances, and the re-pointing of defective stone joints above the same entrances. (See Additional Items Under Design Review).
