Aberdeen Architectural Conservation District Commission

The Aberdeen Architectural Conservation District Commission will hold its monthly public hearing on August 12, 2021, at 4 p.m.

Cut, install bake rod & caulk 100% of concrete joints. Cut & point vertical expansion joint. Repair window sills where needed. Reattach existing window trim on 64 windows where needed and cover the trim with aluminum clad. Power wash 137 Chiswick Road front stair, remove all loose material & caulk all joints. Power wash 141 Chiswick Road front stair, caulk all joints, and apply two coats of waterproofing material. (See Additional Items Under Design Review).
