Air Pollution Control Commission Public Hearing
The Air Pollution Control Commission will hold its next monthly hearing on August 11, 2021 at 1 p.m.

In accordance with the Procedures and Criteria for the Issuance of Parking Freeze Permits adopted under M.G.L. Chapter 111, Section 31C, Boston Air Pollution Control Commission will hold a virtual public hearing at 1:00 p.m. on August 11, 2021 to review the following projects to regulate and control air pollution so as to promote the public health and welfare of Boston residents. There will be brief presentations followed by review of individual applications, and opportunities for public testimony

Public Hearing at 1 p.m.
Application for a New South Boston Parking Freeze Permit from WS Development on behalf of Seaport D Title Holder LLC for 332 commercial parking spaces located at 88 Seaport Boulevard. This permit is for the construction of an underground parking garage with spaces to be shared with lessees, employees, patrons, customers, clients, and guests of the project. The proponent intends to return 205 inventoried spaces to the South Boston parking freeze bank from other permits associated with the planned development area. Issuance of the permit would withdraw 127 net spaces from the South Boston parking freeze bank. * Continued from the July 14, 2021 hearing.
Application for a Modified Downtown Boston Parking Freeze Permit from Animal Rescue League of Boston for 25 exempt parking spaces located at 425 Tremont St. This permit is to add 15 exempt parking spaces to be shared between the public, lessees, employees, patrons, customers, clients and guests. Issuance of the permit would have no effect on the Downtown parking freeze bank. * Continued from the July 14, 2021 hearing.
Application for a Modified Downtown Boston Parking Freeze Permit from Animal Rescue League of Boston for 20 exempt parking spaces located at 7 Appleton St. This permit is to add 4 exempt parking spaces to be shared between the public, lessees, employees, patrons, customers, clients and guests. Issuance of the permit would have no effect on the Downtown parking freeze bank. * Continued from the July 14, 2021 hearing.
Application for a Modified East Boston Parking Freeze Permit from VHB on behalf of Cargo Ventures LLC for 575 park and fly spaces. This permit is to relocate spaces from a surface lot at 320 McClellan Highway to a new parking garage at 440 McClellan Highway. Modification of the permit would have no effect on the East Boston parking freeze bank. * Continued to an upcoming hearing.
Application for a Modified East Boston Parking Freeze Permit from VHB on behalf of Cargo Ventures LLC for 127 park and fly spaces. This permit is to relocate spaces from a surface lot at 380 McClellan Highway to a new parking garage at 440 McClellan Highway.
