Boston Cannabis Board Voting meeting

The Boston Cannabis Board (BCB) will hold a virtual public voting hearing on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at 1 p.m. Please note: The hearing is open to the public but no additional testimony will be accepted.

This hearing is being conducted pursuant to Governor Charlie Baker’s executive order (the “Order”) issued March 22, 2020, temporarily modifying certain requirements of the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20) due to the ongoing public health crisis due to Covid-19 (coronavirus).

    The public comment period regarding the proposed amendment to the BCB’s Rules and Regulations regarding delivery is closed. The BCB shall consider the amendment and all public comment received. The text of the proposed amendment is: Section 3.09: Delivery: No Licensee in the City of Boston including but not limited to recreational cannabis dispensaries, manufacturers, and cultivators, may engage in the delivery of recreational cannabis including through a licensed courier or delivery operator, without the express written permission of the BCB.
