7.         Request authorization to terminate the Lease Agreement with Design Communications Limited for Suite #801 located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

8.         Request authorization to enter into a memorandum of agreement with NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy, Parcel A Development Lessee, LLC, and SCD Drydock Q1, LLC for the restoration of roadway and streetscape elements at the Drydock Avenue entrance of the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

9.         Request authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for mobility improvements and streetscape reconstruction to Northern Avenue located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

10.       Request authorization to enter into a lease agreement with Pitney Bowes Inc. for a mail stamping machine to be located at 43 Hawkins Street for sixty months.

11.       Personnel
