Department of Innovation and Technology, Broadband and Cable hearing

The Department of Innovation and Technology, Broadband and Cable Office will hold a hearing on March 17 at 10 a.m.

Please be advised that instructions for attending and participating in the virtual hearing will be posted, along with the Hearing agenda and relevant materials, on our cable competition website.

A copy of the FCC Transfer Form 394 is also available for review at the link above.

The purpose of the hearing will be to review the FCC Form 394 transfer request received by the City of Boston on December 4, 2020. The Form 394 seeks approval for a transfer of control of the OVS Licensee from Radiate Holdings, LP, to Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners (Stonepeak.)

The public can offer testimony.
