Licensing Board rules and regulations

You may have to wait up to two weeks for us to approve certain events. When you apply, you need to give us two weeks notice for:

  • permit requests
  • extension of hours
  • extension of premises
  • all licenses
  • one-day specials
  • license amendments, and
  • some other requests.

By giving us two weeks notice, we have time to schedule hearings and make our decision. It also helps us meet the state’s Open Meeting Law. We won’t take any requests that come to us less than 48 hours before an event.
