    1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the May 11, 2023 meeting.

    LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT

    2. Request authorization to execute a construction contract with Enterprise Equipment Co., Inc. in an amount not to exceed $1,846,816.00 for the 12 Channel Street Elevator Rehabilitation project in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, Boston, MA, and to further execute any change orders that may be required to complete the work as deemed necessary by the Director, in an aggregate amount not to exceed 10% of the contract amount or $2,031,497.60. 

     

    3. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with the City of Boston Transportation Department for the temporary use of a small portion of Pier 5 for the storage of transportation materials, all in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

     

    4. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with 22 Drydock, LLC: A Joint Venture between Related Beal, Boston Real Estate Inclusion Fund and Kavanaugh Advisory Group/Vertex Pharmaceuticals, to conduct pre-development activities at 20 and 22 Drydock Avenue, within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

     

    5. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with CycleWASH for the temporary installation of a bicycle washing machine on 5,000 square feet of land located adjacent to the parking garage located in the Raymond L Flynn Marine Park for an initial 12-month period.

    6. Request authorization to extend the License Agreement with the City of Boston Mayor’s Office of Housing for a term of Ninety (90) Days with Three (3) additional Ninety (90) Day Option Terms, to use approximately 15,000 square feet of space on the ninth floor of 12 Channel Street, Suite #902, within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

    TENTATIVE/FINAL DESIGNATION/CONVEYANCE

    7. Request authorization to award Tentative Designation status to a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and QuakerLane Capital; and enter into lease negotiations with the Redeveloper to facilitate the long-term lease and redevelopment of the EDIC-owned Parcel U site, located at 7 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

    8. Request authorization to execute a contract amendment for additional seasonal landscaping services provided by Casablanca Services, Inc., in the amount of $25,000.00 for a total annual contract value of $125,000.00.

     

    9. Request approval of the EDIC’s Fiscal Year 2024 Operating Budget in the amount of $91,919,939, along with related approvals and authorizations; further request approval for Fiscal Year 2024 Capital expenditure in the amount of $34,975,000.
