Project Goals

Over 14,000 square feet are under consideration for preservation as open space in the Highland Park neighborhood of Roxbury. A community meeting was held in January 2021, in partnership with the Highland Park Project Review Committee, to solicit feedback on this suggested permanent use. An RFP for the parcels' preservation was issued in Fall 2021, and no responses were received.

MOH is continuing community engagement before re-issuing an RFP.
