GENERAL PLUMBING REPAIR SERVICES AT BOSTON CITY HALL

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites sealed bids for the performance of general plumbing services on an as needed basis as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids.

Bid documents may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00012234 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, May 8, 2023.  The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening. 

THE SCOPE OF WORK to provide services up to four (4) hours a week for various general plumbing repair services including, but not limited to leak investigation, clogged drains, fixture repair and replacement, broken pipes and identified routine maintenance at Boston City Hall and select downtown locations under the care and custody of the Property Management Department (PMD).  

This contract will begin on July 1, 2023, and continue to June 30, 2024. 

Bids can be filed electronically before 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at the above-mentioned site.  All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
