FORECLOSURE PREVENTION AND HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION SERVICES
The City of Boston acting by and through its Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) requests proposals from interested and qualified non-profit applicants for its Foreclosure Prevention and Homeowner Preservation Services for Boston Homeowners for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025.
The RFP package will be available beginning April 10, 2023,9:00AM and is accessible from the City’s Purchasing Supplier Portal website: www.boston.gov/Procurement, the City’s online process for bidding, contracting, and vendor registration and payment. This is a two (2) year contract July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2025 with the right to exercise an option to extend the contract(s) awarded for an additional one year period (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026), subject to the availability and subsequent approval of funds.
Completed proposal packages must be submitted, as specified, *electronically by April 25, 2023, no later than 4:00PM.
