Transitional Employment
Subsidized work opportunities to develop job readiness skills.
Each year, we provide over 200 young people with subsidized work opportunities. These opportunities develop their job readiness skills. Opportunities operate on three tiers. Young people can progress up the tiers to increase reward and responsibility. All young people engaged in transitional employment earn $15 per hour and receive case management services.
