Toilet Rooms Renovation for James W. Hennigan School – Phase 1B
he City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Director of Facilities Management (the awarding authority), invites sealed bids for the above-titled project, subject to the applicable provisions of the law, including, without limitation, M.G.L. c.149 as amended, and by the terms and conditions of the law of the contract documents entitled: Toilet Rooms Renovation for James W. Hennigan School – Phase 1B at James W. Hennigan School – 200 Heath Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
The City intends to award one (1) contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder.
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS will be available after noon, February 15, 2023, at the Office of Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2nd floor, Boston, MA 02125; no deposit is required. To request electronic copies, send an email to bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org.
A PRE-BID SITE VIEWING will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 9:00 AM at James W. Hennigan School. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. You can contact Mike Messersmith at 617-251-2262.
FILED SUB-BIDS shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2nd Floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before 12:00 PM (Boston time) on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud. GENERAL BIDS shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2nd Floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before 12:00 PM (Boston time) on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud.
