General Contracting Services

The bid package may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal

(http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event, ID EV00011858 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on February 6, 2023. The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening.

THE INDIVIDUAL SCOPE(S) OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications and includes the following:

General Contracting Services at Boston City Hall and various City of Boston locations listed in the specifications.  The contract will begin on July 1, 2023 and continue to June 30, 2026.

All proposals shall be filed no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 2, 2023, at the above-mentioned site.  All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 2:00 P.M. on March 2, 2023.
