Fencing Project at Various Schools

The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Director of Facilities Management (the Awarding Authority), invites sealed bids for the above entitled project, subject to all applicable provisions of law, including, without limitation, Chapter 30, Section 39M of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: “For Fencing Project at Various Schools.”

PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS will be available after noon, January 25, 2023, at the Office of Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2nd floor, Boston, MA 02125; no deposit is required. To request electronic copies, send an email to bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org.

PRE-BID SITE VIEWING will be held on site on January 31, 2023.

Warren Prescott School at 8:00-8:30am,

Quincy Upper at 9:00-9:30am, Baldwin School at 10:00-10:30am, Young Achievers at 11:00-11:30am. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the site. Bid questions will be answered by February 2, 2023.

General Bids shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before noon (Boston time) on Wednesday, February 8 2023, and opened forthwith.
