Research Collection: Packing, Moving, Shifting and Shelving

The City of Boston, acting by the Trustee of the Public Library of the City of Boston, hereinafter referred toas the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals for the project listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposers for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Boston Public Library Research Collection: Packing, Moving, Shifting and Shelving.

SCOPE OF WORK includes: Packing, Moving, Shifting and Shelving for the Boston Public Library Research Collection.

SPECIFICATIONS will be available on or about: Tuesday, October 11, 2022, after 9:00 AM (Boston time).

A MANDATORY onsite walk-through is scheduled on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 9:30 AM (Boston Time) at Boston Public Library, 700 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116, please come in through the Dartmouth St Entrance. RSVP by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, to business@bpl.org.

Proposals shall be submitted on: Wednesday, November 2, 2022, before 12:00 PM (Boston time), and opened and evaluated accordingly.
