Audit Services – Student Activity Funds and Before and After School Programs

The City of Boston (the “City”), acting by and through its City Auditor (the “Official”), hereby requests sealed proposals from certified public accounting firms (Proposer) of audit services for the Boston Public Schools’ Student Activity Funds and the Before and After School Programs, particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2026.

All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the instructions contained in the RFP, which may be obtained by visiting the City’s Supplier Portal at http://www.cityofboston.gov/procurement/ on or after 9:00 A.M., Boston local time, on Monday, September 26, 2022.  To access details for this specific procurement event, or to respond through electronic format, please visit the City’s Supplier Portal and access Event Number EV00009831.

Requests for Proposals will be accepted until Thursday October 27, 2022 at 12:00 P.M., Boston local time.  The attention of all Proposers is directed to the provisions of the RFP and contract documents.

The term of the contract shall be for three years and have a start date of no later than January 1, 2023.
