Housing and Services to Address Unsheltered Homelessness

The City of Boston Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) hereby invites proposals from qualified nonprofit vendors and units of local government for new housing and services programs to address unsheltered homelessness to be included in a single citywide application on behalf of the Boston Continuum of Care (CoC).

The Boston CoC is eligible for a maximum award of $16,527,831. The initial grant term for projects will be 3 years. Applicants may apply for the following project types: Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Rapid Rehousing (RRH), Joint Transitional Housing-Rapid Rehousing (Joint TH-RRH), Supportive Services Only-Coordinated Entry (SSO-CE), Supportive Services Only, non-Coordinated Entry (SSO).

The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) package will be available beginning August 29, 2022 from the City’s purchasing website, Supplier Portal boston.gov/Procurement.
