Snow Removal Services For Various City Properties

The contract awarded pursuant to this Invitation For Bids shall be for a term of 36 months, commencing on or about November 1, 2022 to June 1, 2025.  

All bidders wishing to bid must attend a Mandatory Bidders Conference on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 10:00 AM at MOH Office located at 26 Central Ave, Hyde Park, MA 02136.  

The Bid package will be available beginning August 22, 2022 at 9:00 AM from the City’s purchasing website, Supplier Portal www.cityofboston.gov/procurement by accessing Event #EV00011148. 

All bids shall be filed no later than Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 12:00 PM (NOON) through the Boston Supplier Portal or at the Mayor’s Office of Housing, 12 Channel Street, 9th Floor, Boston, MA 02210 and in accordance with the submission requirements starting on page 4. Envelopes should be labeled “City of Boston – Snow Removal Services EVENT # EV00011148”.  Sealed bids shall be publicly opened by the Official at that time.
