1.  Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the August 11, 2022 Meeting.

2.         Request authorization to amend the Lease with Droplette, Inc. for use of Suite #503 at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3.         Request authorization to allow East West to sublease of a portion of Suite #201 located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park to MassRobotics, Inc.

4.         Request authorization to enter into a Lease Agreement with MassRobotics, Inc. for the use of 12 Channel Street, Suite #504 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5.         Request authorization to amend the Lease with the John Berenson Interior Design, Inc. located at 22 Drydock Avenue, Suite #302 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

6.         Request authorization enter onto a 10-year Lease with Verizon New England Inc. for the continued use of Building #140 located at 18 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L Flynn Marine Park for the maintenance, storage and operation of communication facilities and equipment.

7.         Request authorization to execute a joint architecture/engineering services contract to Studio Luz Architects, Ltd. for house doctor architectural and engineering services on an “as needed” basis for EDIC-owned properties. 

8.         Request authorization to execute an engineering design services contract with Collins Engineers, Inc. for Wharf 8/Pier 10 Harborwalk Resilience Improvements within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $490,330.00. 

9.         Request authorization advertise and issue a Request for Proposals to provide a Flood Resilience Planning and Feasibility Study for the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
