Cindy Nguyen
Cindy has over a decade of experience in higher education, government, and the nonprofit sector. Before coming to the Boston Women's Workforce Council (BWWC), Cindy had the pleasure of serving as the Associate Director at the Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy at Boston College Law School. At the Center, she led the communication and outreach efforts and created knowledge-sharing resource tools to enhance engagement with prominent public officials, local organizations, and community members on some of the most salient public policy issues.
Prior to the Rappaport Center, Cindy oversaw academic programs, development, and operations at the African Studies Center at the University of Michigan. Early in her career, Cindy's commitment to confronting critical societal issues inspired her to establish a community garden in her hometown and run for a seat on Worcester City Council.
Cindy holds a Master's in Philosophy from Boston College and a Bachelor's in Philosophy and Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
