7-12 Conversion Renovations at East Boston High School

IFBs will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: 7-12 Conversion Renovations at East Boston High School, 86 White Street, Roslindale, MA 02128

The scope of the work, in general, is not limited Installation of new GWB partitions with glass, doors and frames, lighting, ceiling, flooring, and resilient base. Installation of visual display boards. Structural work for installation of new RTU units and associated work. Installation of electrical items.

FILED SUB-BIDS for a sub-trade designated in Item 2 of the form for general bids shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2^nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before twelve o’clock noon (Boston time) on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud. 

Filed Sub-bid trade(s) Bidders are hereby notified a site viewing is scheduled for Wednesday,11^th at one O’clock at East Boston High School, 86 White Street, Roslindale, MA 02128

Filed Sub-bid trade(s): Lathing and Plastering; HVAC; Electrical; and Pairing.

General Bids shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2^nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before twelve o’clock noon (Boston time) on Monday, May 30, 2022, at which time and place respective bids will be opened and read aloud.

A Pre-Bid Site viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. East Boston High School, 86 White Street, Roslindale, MA 02128. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. 

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, May 02, 2022, after 9:00 A.M. Boston time.
