On Call Non-Hazardous Remediation and Mitigation Services

The City of Boston, acting by and through its Director of Facilities Management 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02125, invites sealed bids for the above entitled project. 

The project is subject to all applicable provisions of law including, without limitation, section 39f and 39k through 39p of Chapter 30 of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: “On Call Environmental (Non-Hazardous Materials) Remediation and Mitigation Services at Various Boston Public Schools'' (the “contract”). This contract is for one (1) year with two (2) additional one year options to renew. 

For purposes of contracting the provision of time, labor, materials, services and equipment for on call non-hazardous remediation and mitigation services at various Boston Public Schools, the City of Boston Public Schools has been divided into three (3) groups of buildings. The City of Boston Public Schools will award one (1) contract for each group separately. Vendors may be eligible to bid on all groups, but the City reserves the right to limit the number of groups awarded to an individual contractor in order to achieve a wide diversity of resources available. Thus, Boston Public Schools will be awarding a maximum of one (1) group only per vendor. Group listing of schools are located in Appendix 1.  

Scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Tuesday April 19, 2022 after 9:00 A.M., Boston Time at the Office of Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2nd floor, Boston, MA 02125

Quotes shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday May 10, 2022 and opened forthwith.
