Lafayette Place Garage Parking Management Services

The City of Boston, by its Public Facilities Department and acting as lead jurisdiction on behalf of the Boston Transportation Department  (“BTD”), is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for Lafayette Place Garage Parking Management Services, 1 Avenue de Lafayette, Boston, MA. 02111. The Parking Management Services will include, but are not limited to, customer service, operations, maintenance, capital needs assessment, annual budgeting, and reporting.

The selected proponent will enter into a contract with the City of Boston, Boston Transportation Department. The awarded contract shall be for one (1) year, with two (2) one (1) year options that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. In the event BTD exercises the two (2) one (1) year options, the respective contract terms shall be for three (3) years.

This RFP will be available starting at 12:00 P.M. on January 24, 2022. The RFP is only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov

All responses to this RFP must be returned no later than 12:00 Noon on February 11, 2022, through the City of Boston Supplier Portal. Absolutely no responses will be accepted after the due date and time.

All prospective respondents are invited to attend a pre-submission conference on February 2, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Lafayette Place Parking Garage, 1 Avenue de Lafayette, Boston Massachusetts, 02111.  The pre-submission conference will consist of an overview of the scope of services, and tour of the parking garage. Attendance at the pre-submission conference is not required, but attendance is encouraged.
