  1. Federal 2021 Annual Plan Amendment #1

    The Federal 2021 Annual Plan Amendment #1 provides details about the Authority's operations in the current fiscal year (April 1, 2021 – March 31, 2022).  The purpose of the amendment is to: (1) update policy to allow applications for state subsidized housing to be evaluated within in the state CHAMP online system, (2) update the transfer and offer processes to streamline and simplify related administrative processes including screening for suitability, (3) to add provisions regarding the Emergency Housing Voucher Program, and (4) to update the interim policies to promote family self-sufficiency when employment income is obtained.  Another aspect of the amendment in the RAD attachment is to include the use of Blending Section 18 Disposition Approvals with the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Conversion process as potential strategies to facilitate renovations that are planned for several public housing developments.
