The City of Boston, acting by and through its Parks and Recreation Department and its Commissioner (the Official), invites proposals for the performance of the services generally described above and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposal Documents. The Documents shall be available at the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, Boston MA 02118 Monday, July 12, 2021. The proposal is also available on the City of Boston website at https://www.cityofboston.gov/procurement/events/   this contract is procured under the provision of Chapter 30B, section 16 of the Massachusetts General Laws.  

Disposition of Land Rights in the form of Release of Easement RightsIn the former Hospital Road ROW at 1515 Commonwealth Avenue,adjacent to Overlook Park (a.k.a. Fidelis Way Park), Brighton, Boston, MA

Completed documents must be submitted as follows: Three (3) copies and one (1) original of the Proposals (consisting of a Fee Proposal). In addition to the seven hard copies of the proposal, Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their proposal on a flash drive. The proposals shall be submitted in an envelope(s) labeled “Release of Easement Rights in the former Hospital Road ROW at 1515 Commonwealth Avenue RFPl”. The Proposal must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on August 12, 2021 to the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, Boston, MA 02118, attention: Carrie M. Dixon.
