Pursuant to M.G.L. c.149, sections 44D ½ and 44D ¾ the City of Boston, acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department, with an office address of 26 Court Street, 10th Floor, Boston, MA 02108, hereinafter referred to as Awarding Authority, hereby requests statements of qualifications (SOQ) from subcontractors and general contractors for the EMS Training Facility at 201 Rivermoor Street, located at 201 Rivermoor, West Roxbury, MA. 

The RFQ is used to pre-qualify subcontractors and general contractors. Those who are prequalified will be invited by the Awarding Authority to submit filed sub-bids and general bids pursuant to M.G.L. c.149, §§ 44E and 44F. After the prequalification process, a list of pre-qualified subcontractors and general contractors will be provided to all pre-qualified bidders.

RFQ packets will be available on or about April 12, 2021, between the operational hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Public Facilities Department Bid Counter to all interested parties. RFQ packets are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov

SOQ in response to this RFQ shall be signed under pains and penalties of perjury. SOQ must be received on or before May 3, 2021 at (Noon) 12:00 p.m. at the PFD Bid Counter, 26 Court Street, 1st Floor, Boston, MA 02108.
