Jeniffer Vivar Wong
Jeniffer Vivar Wong (she/hers/ella) is the Executive Director for the Mayor's Office of Language and Communications Access. She leads her team in creating a City for everyone by ensuring access for persons who speak a language other than English and persons with a disability across all City departments.
Jeniffer graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Boston with a degree in Business Management and a second degree in Latin American and Iberian Studies. Jeniffer is a DACA recipient from Retalhuleu, Guatemala. As an immigrant and ESL learner, she understands how vital it is to break down and diminish barriers to access for constituents and visitors of the City to not only obtain the resources they need, but to fully participate and be key decision makers in the City's work. She is proud to be a part of the City-wide effort of ensuring access to all Bostonians.
