Please note: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, all of our hearings are being held online only.
We place all of our meetings on the public notices section of Boston.gov. In the individual notices, you will find links to how to access our online hearings, as well as meeting ID numbers and passwords.
If you have questions, contact 617-635-4505. You can also email parks@boston.gov for tree removal hearing questions, and prc@boston.gov for Parks and Recreation Commission questions.
Attend the meeting online
Make sure to click on the link for the meeting you want to attend before the meeting starts. Remember, the login information — including the meeting ID number and password — will be in the individual notice on our public notices website.
Offer public testimony, if you want
During the online hearing, members of the public may submit any comments or questions by “raising their hand”, or by typing in the chat box.
You can also provide public testimony before the meeting, by mail or email:
