                            VOTED:   “that, the Trustees Finance and Audit Committee of the Public Library of the City of Boston be entered into contract with Presidio Networked Solutions LLC, 10 Sixth Road, Woburn, MA 01801 the sole responsive and responsible bidder in a Public Invitation for Bid process, advertised under USAC E-Rate Program,                          Boston Public Library Network and Security Virtualization Software for the FY21 Period, Beginning July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, at the bid price, at a total cost not to exceed two hundred two thousand, three hundred eighty five dollars and forty eight cents ($202,385.48).” 

    Contract for Boston Public Library UPS-Data Center Backup Power FY21 (E-rate Fund Year 2020). E-Rate Funding Eligible

                           VOTED: “that, the Trustees Finance and Audit Committee of the Public Library of the City of Boston be entered into contract with the Weissco Power LLC, 516 Country Road 513, Clifton, NJ  07830, the most responsive and responsible bidder in a public Request for Proposal process, advertised under G.L. C. 30B, a contract for Boston Public Library UPS-Data Center Backup Power FY21 (E-rate Fund Year 2020), as specified during the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, at the proposal price, at a total cost not to exceed one hundred forty three thousand, five hundred thirty one dollars and zero cents ($143,531.00), contingent upon receipt of Universal Services Fund Federal funding. The Boston Public Library Evaluation Committee performed an evaluation of the proposals presented by three vendors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP), and through this process determined the proposal presented by Weissco Power LLC represented the best value for the Boston Public Library.”
