As Chief of Staff, Natasha will oversee the operations of work to advance the goals of the Office of Equity and the Equity and Inclusion Cabinet. Natasha White comes to the Equity and Inclusion Cabinet team from the Office of Budget Management, where she spent more than four years, during which she had the opportunity to work on projects related to budget engagement. Having a background in healthcare and government, Natasha seeks to make access to government equitable and possible.

Natasha is a Boston Public Schools grad and holds an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University. She received her Masters in Public Administration from Suffolk University, and her Masters of Urban Affairs from Boston University. Her policy interests include Public Finance, Public Engagement, and Participatory Governance. She proudly resides in Mattapan, where she enjoys spending time in the City's best park, Almont Park, whenever she can.
