Vinyasa Flow incorporates traditional asanas (poses) with pranayama (life force energy, or breath). You will be guided through a series of poses that are intentionally sequenced to realign the body, reset the nervous system, and settle the mind.

Meet us in beautiful LoPresti Park looking out to the Boston Skyline for this outdoor yoga series. You will be offered safe modifications as the elements of nature and an outdoor environment come into play. Look forward to balancing your body and mind, getting some Vitamin D, and enjoying your neighborhood throughout these offerings.

We suggest bringing some extra layers for the beginning and end of classes for when there is more stillness in the body. These classes are all levels!

No pre-registration needed!

The City of Boston's 5th annual Social Fitness Festival, presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, will now take place online on Saturday, May 2, 2020, in celebration of National Fitness Day.

Originally scheduled for September 12, Boston’s annual celebration of wellness typically draws thousands of participants together for a full day of dance, spin, sweat, stretch and play. Instead, this year participants can register online at BostonSocialFitness.com for the first-ever virtual festival on May 2, which includes a dynamic series of free live at-home classes.

The virtual fitness hub at BostonSocialFitness.com will feature an ongoing weekly schedule of wellness sessions and content designed to keep Bostonians active and healthy, despite current COVID-19-related stay-at-home guidelines.

Fitness studios, instructors, and wellness brands in the Greater Boston area that are interested in participating are invited to email sweat@bostonsocialfitness.com for more information.
