Come join the community in unveiling the Roslindale "To Immigrants With Love" Mural! This mural is part of the public art campaign that seeks to humanize and celebrate immigrant contributions to the City of Boston.

A brief speaking session will be held to honor the mural subjects. You'll hear from the artists and from local leaders in support of our immigrant neighbors. Attendees will be invited to take photographs of the mural, and to write their own message of support to join the campaign. Light refreshments will also be served and resources from Immigrant Advancement will be present.

The Boston Police Department Diversity Recruitment Officer will cover the application process and detailed steps to joining the Boston Police as an Officer. Get helpful information on planning, timeline, on-line resources, and more! This event is free and open to the public. Students and alumni may register using the Beacon Careers Link. The municipal election includes City Councilor at-large, City Councilor district races, and a citywide nonbinding question.

The goal of this clinic is to encourage pet owners to vaccinate their pets and license their dogs. We also want you to have a chance to speak with Emergency Management staff. They'll be handing out literature and speaking with pet owners about preparing pets in the event of an emergency.

The event is a collaboration between Animal Care and Control and Emergency Management. Special thanks to the Boston Police who will have their ice cream truck on site — how cool!
