Mayor Michelle Wu will meet Their Royal Highnesses, the Prince and Princess of Wales, for a welcome event Wednesday, November 30, on City Hall Plaza, kicking off the 2022 Earthshot Prize Awards.

The welcome event is open to the public, and will feature speeches by Mayor Wu, the Prince of Wales, Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry, Ambassador Caroline Kennedy, and Boston's Chief of Environment, Energy, and Open Space, Mariama White-Hammond.

The Earthshot Prize Awards will be held on Friday, December 2.

Each session will be limited to 10 participants and registration is required. We will be notifying everyone via email to confirm whether they have a spot in the class or if they are on the waitlist.
