Join the Mayor's Office of Housing for a virtual presentation and Q+A about the developer proposal responding to the 30 Westville Street and Westville Street (Unnumbered) RFP. The development team will share their plans to build a nonprofit center to support those impacted by violence. For our fourth community meeting, we'll be sharing a working draft of the Request for Proposals (RFP) that will guide applicants submitting proposals for a mixed-use project combining a new library branch with affordable housing. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and give input on the draft RFP.

On Thursday, January 5th, MOH will host a developer presentation in response to the recent housing and community garden RFP. This will be a virtual meeting via Zoom.

Please join the Boston Society for Architecture (BSA) and the City of Boston, Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) for a virtual Community Meeting to discuss Boston’s Future-Decker Initiative. This kick-off meeting marks the second phase of the Future-Decker Design Competition. BSA and MOH are excited to share project updates following last year’s Request for Ideas (RFI).
