Virtual Open House: The History of Slavery in Boston

Help the City of Boston's Archaeology team develop an exhibit in Fanueil Hall on the history of slavery in Boston.

June 22, 2022

Archaeology tells us a story. The City of Boston's Archaeology team has found artifacts in Boston that tell a story of the enslavement of indigenous and African peoples.

Together with documents and artifacts, the City of Boston is working to create an exhibit that shares these stories of enslavement in Boston. We want to hear from you about what you want to see in the exhibit.
